When I was 16 I helped look after a lady as her PA, this was my first experience in caring for people. I was studying childcare at college as I knew I wanted a career in helping people.
After leaving college I worked in a nursery as a deputy manager for 3 years. It was then when I moved over to customer service in the banking world in which I really enjoyed but after having my little boy I decided to venture back into the care industry, I feel this was the correct path for me follow as I truly feel I have found my calling at The Care and Support Group. I am currently studying towards my Level 5 awaiting to be registered with CQC as the Manager of the West Yorkshire Branch.
