I am the Director of Care Services for the Care and Support Group, I am also Registered Manager for our County Durham Location. I oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services to both Adults and Children in their own homes. I support all locations with quality assurance, auditing and HR functions for the business.
Under my leadership, we have undergone inspections by the Care Quality Commission and various local authorities which assessed us on safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership. The most recent inspection being February 2025. I have an extensive background in Healthcare management, with a history of working in the sector for over 20 years with 10 years of that being carried out in various management positions. I enjoy learning new skills and am constantly progressing myself with short training courses. Please contact me for any queries that you may have and I will be more than happy to support where I can.
