Here at The Care and Support Group we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with learning disabilities. Our approach is centered around creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that empowers people to live fulfilling lives.
At The Care and Support Group we specialise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to support individuals in a way that fosters positive outcomes and well-being. Through our evidence-based PBS techniques, we work closely with each person to understand their needs and preferences, promoting independence and reducing the need for restrictive practices.

We are also proud to be a part of the Restraint Reduction Network, continuously working towards reducing restrictive interventions and improving care standards. Our commitment to providing compassionate care means that we focus on prevention, de-escalation strategies, and positive reinforcement to support people in managing challenging behaviours.
Our expertise extends to supporting individuals during hospital transitions and providing complex care for those with additional needs. Whether it’s moving from a hospital setting to a community home or providing 24/7 care for individuals with more complex requirements, we are here to ensure a smooth, safe transition that respects the dignity and choices of those we support.
In addition to our care services, we operate a Complex Care Training Centre, designed to provide advanced training for care professionals. Our training programmes focus on equipping caregivers with the knowledge and practical skills required to handle complex care needs, including managing challenging behaviours, supporting individuals with multiple diagnoses, and ensuring high standards of care in various settings. The centre offers hands-on training that aligns with best practices, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to meet the unique needs of those they care for.
Additionally, we offer flexible outreach support, meeting individuals at their own home and helping them to engage with their local communities, maintain relationships, and develop new skills. Our outreach services are designed to offer the right level of support when needed, helping individuals achieve greater independence and lead meaningful lives.
At The Care and Support Group we are here to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Every person is unique, and we are committed to providing care that is as individual as they are.
